In Somalia, Saferworld and partners have established an Early Warning, Early Response (EWER) system to reduce conflict and violence. We recently trained 200 EWER champions to monitor and respond to conflict and connect victims to vital services.

Reopening a police station has helped communities in the area restore peace and security among many residents.
