Arise Socio-cultural Foundation (ASF)

Arise Socio-cultural Foundation (ASF) is a non-profit civil society organisation founded in 2017, which works for inclusive socio-economic development and peaceful coexistence in the greater Western Equatoria Region. The organisation strives to promote good governance, community cohesion and peaceful coexistence, revival and development. ASF's rural community development approach integrates cultural activities as central to its mobilisation and sensitisation strategy for sustainable rural community development and peacebuilding.

ASF has its headquarters in Tambura and a field office in Yambio, with plans to expand its programmes to other states in South Sudan.
